Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with B&V Style Loft! We are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience, and this includes getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Please read the following shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number (if applicable).
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We currently offer the following shipping options for customers within the USA:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5 to 7 business days. Please Note: some items may take longer and usually arrives in 10 to 12 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather conditions or carrier delays or customs clearance delays which are out of our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. You will be able to review the shipping costs before finalizing your order.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $79.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. You can also check the status of your order in the Order History section of your account.
5. Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations or U.S. territories at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bvstyleloft.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
- We will investigate and assist with filing a claim with the carrier, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After that, it may not be possible to modify or cancel your order.
